The Training Officer has had a busy start to 2020 in the pool.
Several ASP's (Annual Skills Practice) sessions have been completed. We ask all divers including instructors to do this every year to prepare for the diving season ahead. Hopefully we never have to use them but it is important to be prepared.
Six people have competed a try dive in the pool. All were very enthusiastic and had a great time. This has resulted in some looking to now take up the sport.
We always enjoy introducing new people to the sport.
Also two of our members have passed their sports diver theory test. Congratulations.
