Chesil Beach 1st September 2024

Chesil Beach was looking a picture today with the visability looking very inciting.

It was excellent when the two pairs of divers entered the water. A marvelous 6-8 metres. What a treat.

One of our Ocean divers was practicing their navigation and leading the dive.

Quite a lot of small life around, sand eels, jellyfish, shanny, wrasse, bib, lots of purple seaweed making the sea bed look amazing.

The highlight was finding a pipefish, always a joy to see, as close to a seahorse as we can get.

The exit from the sea is always the daunting part at Chesil as the pebble bank is the hardest work of the dive.

We mastered it. PHEW!!
