First dive of the season and anticipation was high.
The morning was misty so much so we were unable to see the horizon. Despite this we donned our kit and took a long walk to the water's edge.
Once we put on our fins the sea seems to have other ideas and a continuous set of large waves pounded in on the beach.
Unfortunately after a couple of attempts to go through the surf, the dive was aborted for safety reasons.
We did enjoy a lovely breakfast and cup of hot tea in the local cafe with a beautiful view.
